The Enduring Faith Curriculum features a Christ-centered, three-year chronological survey of Bible history. The age-appropriate materials help students learn more about the Christian faith and grow deeper in their understanding of God's Word.
Confirmation students are typically 6th and 7th graders or those 8th grade students who have not yet had confirmation instruction. The program is divided between two years that rotate. Year 'A' thoroughly covers the Ten Commandments, Apostles Creed and Old Testament books and history. Year 'B' focuses on the Lord's Prayer and New Testament books and history. Holy Baptism and Communion are studied in both years and Confession/Absolution as well as Worship and the Office of the Pastor in the Lutheran church are studied. More in-depth Holy Communion classes are offered at a separate time at the beginning of the school year and are taken with a parent.
