Instructions on how to join the FLC bulletin board:

1) Click on this url:   http://flc-lcms.org/Bulletin_Board/

2) Click on:              FLC_Member.

3) Select:                  Register

                                Pick a:

                                    a) User Name

                                    b) Password

                                    c) Enter your eMail address

                                    d) Enter the captcha which is used to prevent
                                    bots/spammers from getting into the page. If you
                                    can't read the image there is a refresh icon to
                                    change it to one that is easier to use.

4) Once you are registered you will have limited access until your registration
    is processed.
